Welcome to the Acupuncture Care & Herbs Center. Our team of exceptionally trained and qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) professionals specialize in women's health, pain management, internal health, and other alternative treatments. We are located in San Mateo, Belmont, and Sunnyvale and accept most health, auto, and worker's compensation insurance. During your initial visit you will be presented with the TCM diagnosis of your condition(s) and a complete, integrated treatment plan, while taking any of your ongoing Western medications into consideration. Acupuncture, herbs, acupressure, cupping, moxibustion, and other therapies may be included in your treatment plan. Acute conditions usually need from one to several visits, while many chronic conditions may be resolved with a series of five to fifteen treatments.
Acupuncture Care & Herbs Center was founded by Dr. Judy S. Chen, L.Ac., DAOM, an experienced TCM practitioner, as well as a renowned professor in the field. Treatment, Results and Ethics are the top three priorities in her practice.
